These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and pkr9. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read this document carefully before using any pkr9 service.

A pkr9 account may only be opened and operated by individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. pkr9 enforces identity and age verification through its KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered pkr9 account. Operating duplicate or linked accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All pkr9 bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed at the point of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully met. pkr9 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings where abuse is detected.
All transactions at pkr9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited promptly. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. pkr9 charges no withdrawal fees; third-party bank charges remain the member's responsibility.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and fraudulent payment chargebacks are all strictly forbidden. pkr9 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with regulators and law-enforcement agencies where illegal activity is identified.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 — By completing the pkr9 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkr9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.2 — These Terms apply to every use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, bonus redemption, and all interactions with pkr9 customer support.
2.3 — pkr9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, pkr9 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account.
3.1 — Membership of the pkr9 Platform is open only to natural persons who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your specific location.
3.3 — Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 — pkr9 reserves the right to decline any application for membership without providing reasons and without incurring any liability to the applicant.
4.1 — Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pkr9 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the Member, withholding all balances pending investigation.
4.2 — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact pkr9 Live Chat support immediately.
4.3 — Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing account access with any third party, or allowing another individual to place wagers on your behalf, is strictly prohibited.
4.4 — pkr9 may conduct periodic account reviews as part of its ongoing KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review, including providing documentation within the timeframe specified by pkr9's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.
5.1 — All deposits at pkr9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
5.2 — You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in refund of the deposit and potential account suspension.
5.3 — pkr9 does not impose deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pkr9 accepts no responsibility.
5.4 — Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your account are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on your VIP tier, account verification status, and the payment method selected.
5.5 — pkr9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds under its AML procedures. Deposits may be held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
6.1 — Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed on your account. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.2 — pkr9 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 PKT on amounts not exceeding Rs 5,00,000, subject to the completion of applicable fraud and AML checks. pkr9 charges no fees on its end for withdrawal processing. Any fees charged by receiving banks or mobile wallets are the Member's responsibility.
6.3 — pkr9 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where enhanced verification is required, or where a review of betting patterns or account activity is ongoing. In such cases, pkr9 will notify the Member and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.
6.4 — Bonus credits and winnings derived solely from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempts to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk coverage bets or structured play may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.1 — All bonuses, promotions, and special offers published on the pkr9 Platform are subject to specific Terms that will be stated clearly at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's Terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion Terms shall prevail.
7.2 — Unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 — pkr9 may at its sole discretion decline to offer bonuses or withdraw existing bonus eligibility from any Member whose betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of promotional structures rather than genuine recreational play.
8.1 — All wagers placed on the pkr9 Platform are final once confirmed. pkr9 does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a confirmed wager except in cases where an obvious technical error has occurred, as determined at pkr9's sole discretion.
8.2 — In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, pkr9 will investigate the incident and determine the appropriate resolution, including the potential voiding of affected bets. pkr9's decision in such matters is final.
8.3 — pkr9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to wagers that are suspected to be placed as part of organised betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or in breach of these Terms.
8.4 — For live sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation constitute the contractual terms of the bet. pkr9 accepts no liability for odds discrepancies arising from display latency on the Member's device.
9.1 — The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr9 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 — pkr9 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pkr9 will suspend the account immediately, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities where legally required.
10.1 — All content on the pkr9 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game titles, software, text, graphics, and interface design, is the proprietary intellectual property of pkr9 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the express prior written consent of pkr9.
10.2 — Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
11.1 — pkr9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 — pkr9 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our licensing obligations.
12.1 — pkr9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gaming on the Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.
12.2 — Members may, at any time and without restriction, access the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
12.3 — If you believe your gaming behaviour has become problematic, pkr9 strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek support from independent problem gambling resources.
12.4 — pkr9 strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under 21 years of age. If pkr9 identifies or suspects that a Member is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposits refunded. No winnings generated during such a period will be paid.
13.1 — To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.2 — pkr9's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 — pkr9 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform availability. pkr9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
14.1 — You may close your pkr9 account at any time by contacting Live Chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
14.2 — pkr9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account immediately and without prior notice where:
14.3 — Where an account is terminated by pkr9 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, pkr9 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.
15.1 — These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkr9's International Gaming License jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr9's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant licensing authority.
15.2 — pkr9 operates an internal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team via Live Chat in the first instance. pkr9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days.
16.1 — pkr9 may update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on the Platform with the effective date clearly indicated. For material changes, pkr9 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account.
16.2 — Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
